Lamb -- Rack
1 pound of rack of lamb. These are a perennial favorite.
How we like to prepare:
- rub them in oil with the garlic, thyme, rosemary and salt
- put the rack in a hot oven (400 degrees) and let them bake for 20 minutes
- turn over and repeat for another 10 minutes
- put a raspberry and seasoning rub on the top, then put under broiler for two minutes.
